We believe that invitations literally breathe LIFE into the party.  It’s the preview of what’s to come.  Sure, it’s easy to send a quick text message to your guests, or an emailed version of an invitation inviting your guests to your event.  In our opinion, that is not the way to start such a fabulous celebration.  Invitations are much more important than people tend to believe.  Why not set the tone with a snazzy theme for your professional/corporate events or private/social celebrations.

Our invitations and event stationery are completely custom (that's our specialty).  We pride ourselves on this very unique process.  Please see below more details on how we work.

How We Work...

ALL ABOUT YOU

We want to know all about you and your sense of style.  This is when the questions begin.  We will want to know about timelines and  a general idea of your preferred price range. If you have ideas or inspiration we would love to see those as well.

COLLABORATION

Working together is important to ensure that we create invitations and stationery that you will absolutely love.  Scheduling a consultation, either in person or by phone will inspire our team to brainstorm and begin the creative process.

3.

THE PROOF IS IN THE PUDDING

Our team will produce a proof for approval/feedback along with ideas utilizing the information provided during the consultation.  

4.

APPROVAL PROCESS

After proofs and feedback are received we will start the production process.  Please allow the stated time to receive your final product.  We are not accepting rush projects at this time.  Standard turn around times vary based on project details.  

5.

MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!

We are now finished and can't wait to hear all of the love.  Get ready to spread excitement and joy!  Your dream stationery is now a reality.  Thank you for your business.

How much are your custom invitations?


We pride ourselves on our creativity and the ability to encompass the personality and style of your event. Pricing is dependent on custom embellishment choices, substrate options, etc. Due to the custom nature of our process, we do not provide pricing, quotes or sample proofs without a consultation and full detail disclosure of the desired details for invitation/stationery. Each project contains varying details and we want to provide accurate pricing based on options desired. Thank you for your understanding. Sample invitations will be available at a later time in the near future.




How long does the entire process take?


Every invitation is tailored according to your specifications. Typically we ask that you start the process at least 2- 3 months prior to the time you need invitations in hand. We aim for a stress free experience and time is a huge part of maintaining our collaborative goals. We can accommodate projects with shorter timeframes depending on what is requested. When is payment due?


We require full payment prior to the start of any design work submission for review/approval. We offer payment plans if necessary (some exclusions may apply).




Do you have a minimum order requirement?


Minimum order requirements are based on the type of invitation you want created. Please feel free to contact us with your project details and we will be more than happy to provide you with a workable solution.




Do you provide samples and/or proofs if requested?


Prim & Proper Ink values the time of our designers as well as our clients. Sketches, samples and proofs are available for an additional cost. Please contact us via email with your project details. - designteam@primandproperink.com
