Our first love at Prim & Proper Ink is design. The best feeling in the world is to see our designs appear on various substrates and displayed in a number of capacities such as apparel. Do I have to pay a design/set up fee?
Yes. In order to assure that you are receiving a quality product, we require an design/set up fee. Most times the artwork that is sent over still needs to be modified to fit our print practices. Please email any artwork you may have so that we can review it to provide a proper assessment.
What if Prim & Proper Ink created the artwork prior to my apparel order? Do I still have to pay a design/set up fee?

Do you provide the shirts?
Yes. Prim & Proper Ink has apparel options. Please visit our product options by clicking the link on our website under section 2 or by clicking here.
What if I don't like the finished product?
Due to the custom nature of all apparel requests, we do not offer refunds for apparel orders. If there is a print discrepancy, we will provide a workable solution that is mutually beneficial.
What is included with my artwork if Prim & Proper Ink designs my apparel?
Prim & Proper Ink will provide you with a mid-high resolution .jpg file in black and white. This file does not include any other file formats nor does it include color. If other file formats and/or versions are needed please contact us and we will provide you with options for payment for file enhancements.
